Sharon got in touch with us a month or so ago, explaining how her brother-in-law was due to get married in California on 9th August, but due to the pandemic, this obviously could not go ahead. There were 66 family and friends who were due to fly out for the wedding! Poor Viks was stuck in the UK and his fiance was in California.
Sharon wanted to have a surprise for him so she booked us and we decided on our basic Jiko Pizza Package for 2 hours!
We actually arrived an hour early by mistake - I overestimated the traffic from Barnet to Windsor. We stopped at a nearby M&S Petrol Station and had a quick drink on what seemed the hottest day of the year. We knew that Sharon had asked Viks to go to the local Harvester for a drink... we saw two Indian men in white tops and shorts walk past and I knew it was them!
We quickly went to the house and set up ready for a massive surprise.
Following, this we served our yummy Jiko Pizza Package!
The pizzas stayed hot in the heat and were absolutely divine!
Sharon and her family loved our Jiko Pizzas! We added on pepperoni and chicken toppings as well... they tasted amazing and its always nice to have something different for toppings!
How amazing does this vegan pizza look below? We finally found the perfect vegan cheese that actually melts on pizzas... Niraj even said it tastes just as good as normal cheese! That's very unusual for him to say as once I made him a "vegan cheese" out of cashew nuts (for a home meal, not pizzas!).... since then he has not been keen on anything vegan!
Such wonderful vibes from a wonderful family! Hopefully we will be back again!
