How we began...
A few years ago, I experienced a medical burnout. Life and NHS training got too much and I realised I needed some well deserved time out. After some travelling, getting married and seeing life again from a new perspective, I realised that I wanted something more.
So, coupled with my husband’s fabulous cooking skills, and with the help of his parents, Sandy Mama’s Kitchen was born. We shared the same passion for building a sustainable food business that could rock the events industry with our famous Jiko Pizzas and Indian Street Food.
onwards & upwards
We have catered from street parties to garden parties to hotels and exclusive London venues, catering from 30 to hundreds of guests. All we need is an outdoor space to set up the Jiko!
Since then we have been going strength to strength, building our reselience and team, and impressing guests with what we love doing. We cannot wait for what 2022 brings!
